Terms and Conditions — 123xxx Platform Rules & Member Agreement

Welcome to 123xxx. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 123xxx platform, available at 123xxx.app, including all associated sub-pages, games, betting markets, promotional programmes, customer support channels, and any other services provided under the 123xxx brand. The operator of the 123xxx platform is referred to throughout these Terms as "123xxx", "we", "us", or "our". You, the user of the platform, are referred to as "you", "your", or "the member".

By registering an account with 123xxx, accessing any game or betting market, depositing funds, claiming any bonus, or using any other feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use the 123xxx platform in any capacity.

These Terms are written in English and are intended for members based in Pakistan. Where any ambiguity arises in interpretation, the plain meaning of the English text as understood by a reasonable adult reader in Pakistan shall apply. 123xxx reserves the right to provide translations of these Terms for reference purposes, but the English version shall prevail in all cases of inconsistency.

To register and use 123xxx you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You must be a natural person with the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order — whether placed by you directly through 123xxx or through any third-party gambling management service — that covers online gaming or betting platforms.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or close family member of a person employed by 123xxx or any affiliated company, unless you have received prior written permission from 123xxx management.
• You must provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration and at all subsequent points when information is requested by 123xxx.

123xxx takes the exclusion of minors from the platform extremely seriously. Any account found to have been registered by a person under 18 years of age will be closed immediately, all funds will be forfeited, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities. 123xxx reserves the right to request age-verification documentation at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in account suspension.

Each member is permitted to hold exactly one account with 123xxx. Duplicate accounts — meaning multiple accounts registered to the same person, regardless of whether different names, phone numbers, or payment methods are used — are strictly prohibited. 123xxx employs device fingerprinting, IP monitoring, payment method tracking, and document verification to detect duplicate registrations.

When registering your 123xxx account you must provide:

• Your real full name as it appears on your national identity documents.
• A valid Pakistani mobile number that is registered in your name or to which you have lawful access.
• A secure password chosen by you. You are responsible for keeping this password confidential.
• Accurate date of birth confirming you are 18 or older.

Your 123xxx account is for your personal use only. You may not transfer, sell, gift, or allow any other person to access your account. Any activity performed through your account login credentials is your sole responsibility unless you have formally notified 123xxx of unauthorised access through the support channel before the activity occurred.

All financial transactions at 123xxx are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 123xxx does not charge a processing fee on deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges which are outside 123xxx's control.

Accepted deposit methods at 123xxx include:

• Easypaisa — instant mobile wallet transfer
• JazzCash — instant mobile wallet transfer
• NayaPay — instant digital wallet
• SadaPay — instant digital wallet
• IBFT (Interbank Funds Transfer) — bank-to-bank, typically same business day
• Visa / Mastercard debit or credit card — subject to card issuer approval

Minimum deposit at 123xxx is Rs 500. Maximum single deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your account. Deposits must be made from a payment account or card registered in your own name. 123xxx will not accept deposits from third-party payment sources and any such deposit will be returned to the sender and may trigger account review.

By making a deposit you confirm that the funds are your own and do not originate from any criminal activity. 123xxx operates anti-money-laundering procedures in line with responsible platform operation and reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual deposits.

Withdrawals from your 123xxx account are processed in PKR to a payment method registered in your name. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within ten minutes of approval. IBFT withdrawals are processed within the same business day for requests received before the daily cut-off time.

Before processing any withdrawal, 123xxx may carry out standard verification checks including confirmation of identity, payment method ownership, and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. Documents requested during verification must be provided within seven days. Failure to provide requested documents will result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and the funds returned to your 123xxx account balance pending satisfactory verification.

123xxx reserves the right to delay a withdrawal for additional due diligence if required. In cases of suspected fraud or rule violation, 123xxx may freeze the relevant account and hold funds pending investigation. No interest is payable on held funds during any investigation period.

All bets placed and games played at 123xxx are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product in addition to these general Terms. Product-specific rules are displayed within each game or betting market and form part of your agreement with 123xxx when you participate in that activity.

General betting and gaming rules at 123xxx include the following:

• Bets are final once confirmed. 123xxx does not accept requests to cancel or modify confirmed bets except where an error in the odds has occurred (see below).
• In sports betting, 123xxx follows standard settlement rules for the relevant sport. Where a match is abandoned before the minimum qualifying time for settlement, void rules apply and stakes are returned to members.
• Where an obvious pricing error has resulted in clearly incorrect odds being displayed, 123xxx reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. "Clearly incorrect" means odds that are materially different from the true market price as determined by reference to comparable markets.
• Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply to all betting markets and casino games at 123xxx. These limits are displayed in the relevant game or market interface. 123xxx will not pay out amounts exceeding applicable limits regardless of the size of a member's stake.
• All casino games at 123xxx operate on independently certified RNG systems. Published return-to-player (RTP) rates are accurate and represent theoretical long-run percentages. Individual session results may vary significantly from stated RTPs.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time during a live event at 123xxx's discretion, including where live data is unreliable or delayed.

123xxx offers a range of promotional incentives to new and existing members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions as well as any offer-specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is made available.

• Welcome Bonus: The 123xxx welcome bonus is available to new members on their first qualifying deposit. The bonus amount is credited as bonus funds subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal. Specific percentage, maximum amount, minimum qualifying deposit, wagering requirement, and expiry period are as stated in the current welcome bonus offer on the 123xxx Promotions page.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Contributions from different game categories towards wagering requirements vary and are detailed in each promotion's specific terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Members may only hold one active bonus at a time at 123xxx. You cannot claim a second bonus while wagering requirements on an existing bonus remain outstanding.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses at 123xxx carry an expiry period from the date of issue. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated validity period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.
• Misuse: Any attempt to exploit promotional offers at 123xxx through coordinated play, the use of multiple accounts, manipulation of the wagering requirement through low-risk hedging strategies, or any other method that 123xxx determines to be outside the spirit of the promotion will result in the bonus being voided, associated winnings forfeited, and the account reviewed.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 123xxx platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, regardless of the name, phone number, device, or payment method used for subsequent registrations.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or any other interaction with 123xxx.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with 123xxx games, place bets, or circumvent security measures.
• Colluding with other members to exploit bonus terms, manipulate game outcomes, or gain any unfair advantage on the 123xxx platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any arrangement where you have prior knowledge of a predetermined outcome in any betting market offered by 123xxx.
• Using the 123xxx platform to launder money or process funds derived from criminal activity.
• Accessing the 123xxx platform using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions or to conceal your true identity or location.
• Reproducing, copying, modifying, or distributing any content, software, or data from the 123xxx platform without written authorisation.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards 123xxx staff or other members through any communication channel.

123xxx reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at any time and for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to satisfy verification requirements within the specified timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity.
• Where continued operation of the account would expose 123xxx to regulatory or legal risk.
• At the member's own request for self-exclusion or responsible gaming purposes.

Where an account is suspended for investigation, 123xxx will endeavour to complete the investigation within a reasonable timeframe and to communicate the outcome to the member via their registered contact details. Where an account is closed due to rule violation, any outstanding balance will be subject to review and may be withheld pending the outcome of the investigation.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account should contact 123xxx support. Real-money balances will be returned to the member via their registered withdrawal method after standard verification, subject to these Terms. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure regardless of the wagering status.

All content on the 123xxx platform — including but not limited to the 123xxx logo, website design, game graphics, text content, software, audio, promotional materials, and all other media — is the intellectual property of 123xxx or its licensed suppliers. This content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your use of the 123xxx platform does not grant you any ownership rights or licences in respect of the platform's content beyond a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for its intended purpose of online gaming and betting. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any 123xxx content without prior written consent from 123xxx.

123xxx collects and processes personal data in connection with your use of the platform. The full details of what data is collected, how it is used, how long it is retained, who it may be shared with, and your rights in respect of your personal data are set out in the 123xxx Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

By registering a 123xxx account you confirm that you have read the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that document. Key points include:

• 123xxx collects the minimum data necessary to provide its services and comply with applicable legal obligations.
• Your personal data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Your payment data is handled through encrypted, PCI-compliant payment processing systems.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements.

123xxx is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all its members. Online gaming and betting carry the risk of financial loss and, for a minority of users, the risk of developing problematic gambling behaviour. 123xxx takes both of these risks seriously and has implemented a range of tools and policies to support responsible play.

Tools available to all 123xxx members at no cost and without delay:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts from your account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling period.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session durations after which you will be automatically logged out and shown a summary of your session activity.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a break from gambling for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) without permanently closing your account.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from 123xxx for a minimum period of six months. This cannot be reversed before the exclusion period expires.
• Reality Checks: Opt in to receive regular on-screen reminders of how long you have been playing and how much you have wagered in the current session.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 123xxx's liability to any member arising out of or in connection with their use of the platform shall be limited to the net deposits made by that member in the twelve months preceding the relevant claim. 123xxx shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses including but not limited to loss of anticipated profits, loss of opportunity, or reputational harm.

123xxx does not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned technical outages, third-party service disruptions (including payment provider outages), or events outside 123xxx's reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability. 123xxx will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practical.

Bets that cannot be placed due to platform downtime at the time of intended placement will be treated as void at the member's discretion. 123xxx does not accept liability for any losses arising from a member's inability to access the platform during a downtime period.

123xxx reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, 123xxx will notify registered members via their registered email address or mobile number and will publish the updated Terms on this page with the updated revision date. Your continued use of the 123xxx platform after notification of a change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of your available balance in accordance with the current withdrawal procedures. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to stay aware of any updates.
